Nature Morte Gaîté Lyrique Festival Anticipation
"Still Life" addresses the distance placed by humans between nature and themselves over time. First, coexistence, then control, and finally destruction. The final part reminds us of how vital nature is to us.
Based on the poems of Idea Vilariño, the video is presented from the perspective of nature, which questions its relationship with humans, drawing a parallel with a romantic breakup.
Exhibited at the Gaité Lyrique for the Anticipation festival in September 2024.
"Nature morte" traite de la distance mise par l'humain entre la nature et lui, à travers le temps. Tout d'abord, le vivre-ensemble, puis le contrôle et enfin la destruction. La partie finale rappelle à quel point la nature nous est vitale. À partir des poèmes d’Idea Vilariño, la vidéo est énoncée du point de vue de la nature qui s'interroge sur sa relation avec l'humain, créant un parallèle avec une rupture amoureuse.
Projeté à la Gaité Lyrique pour le festival Anticipation en Septembre 2024.
